100. Celebrating 100 Episodes with…Our Kids!

Woot woot - we’ve reached 100 episodes today! Want to know a crazy stat around this? Only around 4.8% of podcasts reach this milestone achievement. We’ve had so much fun over the last 2 years, bringing you weekly episodes on all things ending body burnout - and we’ve still got content and ideas dripping out of our brains. We’ll be here for years to come yet.

We thought we’d do something a bit different to celebrate our 100th episode - we’re having a little podcast party and a chat with our kids! This will mostly make you laugh (our kids are pretty cute), but they also have some gems of wisdom to share too.
